3 Steps for Self-Care

Everyone lives in a busy world and have busy lives. Now is the best time to start taking care of you! You are the only one who knows yourself the best. And there is no one in the world like you! As a young girl I watched my mother take care of everyone before herself. Yes, she passed away at an incredibly young age. What can you do to stay healthy and fit? What habits do you need to change or create?

Here are 3 steps to guide you to take care of you:

  1. Be quiet- spend time alone without interruption of family children, work friends. Find a place where you can relax be in your body and rest in your heart.

  2. Move. Exercise 3-5 times a week. What do you enjoy doing for moving your body? Do you like to dance, workout at gym, walk, bike ride, swim, jog? You name it and do it.

  3. Nourish and Nutrition: Nourish your body with organic healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables!
