The adrenal glands are must known as the stress busters regulating flight or fight response and also blood pressure. blood sugar and take over for the ovaries after menopause. Women often suffer from adrenal fatigue because they do not have the same amount of testosterone for the flight or fight action as men.

Living in a fear based world without a way for restedness can trigger stress.

We live in a fear-based world full of which can triggers and with a fear of the future. This fear can also trigger insomnia and restless sleep while your mind does not relax at night. Mothers and fathers with late night parenting can also suffer from adrenal fatigue. The body can be awake at night and sleepy during the day.

Adrenal fatigue can be self-diagnosed and healed with certain protocol.

Difficulty getting up in the morning

Fatigued during the day

Lack of energy

Decreased sex drive

Lack the ability to handle stress

Crave salty foods

Lack of ability to to recover from injury illness or trauma

Light headedness

Go to bed before 10pm

Laugh a lot

List what is draining you and how you can heal it if you are not enjoying your life

Be physically active

Go for walks

Join the gym

Find a friend to be your exercise buddy

Do things that you enjoy every day.
