Are you up for the challenge to get moving every day? It has never been a better time than NOW to begin a new exercise routine for YOU!!! Most people are working from home. So this challenge is a great opportunity for you to do it on your own schedule and the best time for you! The first week you will learn about Fascia and Connective Tissue, Week 2 Flexibility and Mobility Week 3 Power and Strength.

Here are the steps: 1. Choose a realistic fitness goal for 30 minutes a day.

2. Watch the video every day.

3. Be committed- no excuses

4. Be Consistent- do the exercise at the same time every day

5. Be self-motivated and focused on being successful, see the changes!
