Keep on Moving!


Do you feel tired all the time with low energy? This could be a sign that you need to move your body more! Sitting for long periods of time can contribute to muscle atrophy. Your muscles can atrophy within 24 hours no matter what your age!

Any movement that put healthy stress on your muscles and tendons supports your bones in several ways. Bones are designed to regenerate and last for a long time! The problem now is everyone sits too much and needs to move more! Stand up regularly or get a standing desk, do tasks around the house, dance, walk, stretch, do the physical movements that you enjoy doing to be able to integrate it into your lifestyle!
