When you move in a space of gratitude, you give thanks to what is present. Life brings pleasant events and not so pleasant events. You can be grateful and enjoy each experience without judgment. And despite your beliefs, interpretations, opinions, perceptions and assumptions you can be grateful. Gratitude exists without personal clutter. Clutter can take the form of “baggage” and “stories “as contribution and input. When there is a reaction to an event in life, a story is created about it. When we hold onto stories, we hide behind them which prevents us from being authentic. The truth is to be in your heart, set yourself free and be okay with everything as is.
