Transforming your home into a new fitness studio!!!


In the past 5 months, everyone has experienced changes on many levels. These levels include the physical, mental, emotional, personal, professional, social, familial and most of all as human beings. My big professional change has been transforming my living room into a dance studio. And, moving my classes from "Live" to Virtual! I had several trial and errors along the way. Be patient with yourself and others in this new way of living!

I first rearranged, cleared and cleaned out my living room. Then, I purchased new web equipment, and had to be open & flexible to this new space! I now teach Stretch Move and Tone and soon will be teaching my new dance program!!


Here are 3 steps to make your new home for health & fitness!

  1. Clear the space. Select a room that you feel comfortable and that furniture etc is easily moved to create space. Make sure the room you select is a SAFE space for you and your body to move!

  2. Set the tone. You may want to put your favorite music on and dance like no one is watching and do what you love and love what you do when it comes to moving your body!

  3. Find an exercise/dance program that you have fun and enjoy and will commit to and stick to it!
